As updates on the impact of the coronavirus continue to be released, we want to take a moment to inform you of the heightened preventative measures we have put in place at San Diego CTC Cluster to keep our patients, their families, and our employees safe. All efforts are guided by and in adherence to the recommendations distributed by the CDC.

In adherence to the social distancing recommendations provided by the CDC, we have implemented strict protocols at our clinic to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

  • Patients who have active symptoms of illness or a fever of 100 degrees or higher must call ahead to arrange after-hours dosing.
  • The number of people allowed inside the building at any given time is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines.
  • The number of people waiting in line is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines, and those present must maintain a minimum distance of six feet from one another.
  • To maintain line restrictions, patients are asked to wait in their cars until direction is given.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

Please note that for the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff, there are certain restrictions in place regarding on-site visitation at San Diego CTC Cluster.

  • These restrictions have been implemented in compliance with updated corporate and state regulations to further reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
  • Alternate methods of communication for other services may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

24/7 Appointment Scheduling

San Diego Comprehensive Treatment Centers place great emphasis on explaining all facets of the treatment experience to our patients so they are able to make the most informed decisions about their care. This commitment to open and honest communication starts with the admissions process.

Prior to receiving care at any of our five centers, patients will meet with one of our staff members to discuss intake fees, as well as the cost associated with all services that they will be receiving. Because care at San Diego Comprehensive Treatment Centers is personalized according to the specific needs of each patient, the cost of this care will vary from patient. Before any treatment has been provided, all patients will know the exact cost of their care, and will have confirmed the manner and frequency with which this care will be paid for.

Patients who will be paying for their treatment with personal funds will be expected to submit payment in full prior to receiving any services. Patients who plan to use insurance must be aware of the following:

  • Insurance benefits and coverage must be discussed with and verified by one of our staff members prior to the start of treatment.
  • Unless advised otherwise by one of our staff members, all patients should be prepared to pay for all treatment services in advance.
  • Patients who plan to use their insurance may submit an invoice to their provider to request reimbursement for any covered out-of-pocket expenses that they incur.

For additional information about the cost of care at San Diego Comprehensive Treatment Centers, or for answers to any specific payment-related questions, please feel free to contact us at your convenience. We look forward to helping you determine if one of our centers is the perfect place for you or your loved one.
